Company offers hospitals, diagnostic centers and doctors more customers. In exchange, they offer discounts to customers who have GEN Card. Customer Registration programme and GEN Card plays an important role in this project.

Company has started customer registration programme by sending its executive for door to door survey. Under this programme peoples are being aware about various medical services available at our GEN Centers and provide them GEN Card to avail these services on discounted rate.
GENcard is a customer loyalty Card launched by Company. This Card allows the user to avail health care services at discounted prices. GEN Card helps to save money on your day to day preventive, pre & post hospitalization medical expenses. Since health care insurances do not cover many of the hospitalization costs, the discount offered significantly reduces health care expense.Card Code printed on this card works as Customer Identity Number. This Card Code also works as Customer ID for online Registrations.

Patient discount is applicable only after 3 days from the date of card issue.
Offers in the card cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing promotions or discounts.
Company reserves the right to amend the privileges as well as terms and conditions of this Card at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
The offers applicable to this Card are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
The card is not transferable or exchangeable; fee shall not be refunded once collected, even on cancellation.
Any dispute arising out of the use of the card shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Legal issues, if any, will be dealt under Lucknow jurisdiction only.
